Steps to connect
- Open Accounts
- Click Add Account
- Select MatchTrader
- Enter credentials
- Click Connect
Verify it worked
- Confirm the account appears in Accounts
- Create a test connection in Trade Copier
- Place a tiny trade and confirm in Logs
If it still doesn’t work (Escalate)
- Confirm you can log in on the broker/prop firm MatchTrader web app
- Open Copy Not Working? → run quick scan
- Open a support ticket and include: - Broker/prop firm name - Whether trade copying is allowed on your account (if known) - Error text from Logs - Time (timezone)
