TradingView: Tunnel not running / alerts not received

If the tunnel is not running, TradingView can’t reach your app.

2. Find the TradingView account and look for tunnel status
3. Start/refresh the tunnel (get a working public URL)
4. Update TradingView alert webhook URLs if the URL changed

• URL changed and TradingView alerts still point to the old URL

Fix steps

1) Start the tunnel and get a public URL

1. Open Accounts
2. Locate your TradingView account
3. Use the app’s action to Start Tunnel (or Refresh Tunnel)
4. Copy the generated webhook URL

2) Update TradingView alerts (if URL changed)

TradingView alerts do not auto-update.

1. Edit each alert
2. Paste the latest webhook URL
3. Save

3) Confirm your TradingView plan supports webhooks

TradingView webhooks require a paid plan (Essential or higher).

Verify it worked

1. Trigger an alert in TradingView
2. Open Logs in the app
3. Confirm you see an event indicating the webhook was received
