Steps to connect

1) Start connection

  1. Open Accounts
  2. Click Add Account
  3. Select TradeLocker

2) Enter credentials and connect

  1. Select Live or Demo environment (must match your account)
  2. Select your server (examples: FUTRADE, OSPREY, FTUK)
  3. Enter your login details
  4. Click Connect
  5. Wait for the app to confirm the connection

Verify it worked

  1. Confirm the account appears in Accounts
  2. Create a test connection in Trade Copier
  3. Place a tiny trade and verify in Logs

If it still doesn’t work (Escalate)

  1. Verify you can log into the prop firm/broker TradeLocker site with the same credentials
  2. Open Copy Not Working? → run quick scan
  3. Open a support ticket with: - Broker name - Live or Demo selected - Server selected - Screenshot of the login error (if any) - Time it happened (timezone)
