Quick answer
Trial creation can be limited by device or IP.
If you see messages about device limit or IP already used:
- Disable VPN/proxy and try again
- Try from your normal home IP (not a shared VPS/VPN IP)
- If you need an exception, contact support
Symptoms
- “Trial account limited to 1 device. Current device limit reached.”
- “This IP address was used for trial account …”
Most common causes
- VPN/proxy changes your IP frequently
- Shared VPS IP is already associated with another trial account
- You already created a trial previously on another machine
Fix steps
- Turn off VPN/proxy
- Restart the app
- Try activation again on the License page
If it still doesn’t work (Escalate)
Provide:
- Your Danetrades.com email
- The exact error message text
- Whether you’re using a VPS/VPN
