If the app says an update is available:

1. Open License
2. Look for the “New update available” banner
3. Download and install the latest release

Why this happens

The licensing system can return a “latest licensed version” and an optional download link. If your installed app version is older, the UI shows an update banner.

Verify it worked

After installing, return to License and confirm:

• Your installed version matches (or is close to) the latest available version

If you can’t find the download (Escalate)

Send:

• A screenshot of the License page showing the version numbers
• Your current installed version
