Quick answer
Duplicates usually happen when the signal source or platform sends repeated events, or when connections overlap.
- Check whether you have multiple connections targeting the same receiver
- Check Logs for repeated identical events close together
- Reduce duplicate signal sources (Telegram + TradingView + manual) for the same strategy
Symptoms
- Receiver opens the same trade multiple times
- Multiple identical orders appear within seconds
Most common causes
- Two connections copy the same master to the same receiver
- Signal source sends duplicates (common with webhooks/providers)
- You retried manually and created multiple entries
Fix steps
- Open Trade Copier and ensure you don’t have overlapping connections
- If using TradingView, ensure only one alert fires per trade action
- If using Telegram, ensure your keyword rules don’t interpret commentary as multiple signals
Verify it worked
- Trigger one test signal / place one test trade
- Confirm only one receiver order appears
If it still happens (Escalate)
Open a support ticket and include:
- The master/receiver connection names
- The time of duplicate orders (timezone)
- Exported Logs (24h) showing the duplicate events
